Solve100 didn’t start out in the business intelligence (BI) marketspace. We were building sophisticated reporting systems when we saw that those solutions only partially met our clients’ needs: Users routinely were exporting report data into Microsoft Excel in order to do analysis.
Our complex custom reporting solutions were not giving clients the critical insight and actionable information they needed. Which was troubling — as were the significant data integrity, security and quality issues users were creating with their exports.
The opportunity was there to offer a better way to aggregate disparate information, and report, analyze and visualize complex data. The answer was business intelligence, or data analytics.
